Private by default

Patient requests, routed without the medical details

Patients ask for repeat scripts, sick notes, results and letters from the Patient app. You get each request to the right clinician, and its clinical details stay with them.

  • A clinicians only request shows you the patient’s name, its status and who it is assigned to
  • Its type, note, items and conversation stay hidden from you
  • Assign it to a clinician, or tick several and assign them or mark them seen together
  • A team manager chooses the default: Clinicians only, or Whole practice team

Roster and duty

  • Team Roster and My Roster, as a calendar, a week or a table
  • Who is on duty right now, and who is on call today and tomorrow
  • Edit the roster, and ask for a swap on your own duties

Beds and wards

  • Every bed as available, occupied, being cleaned or under maintenance
  • Oxygen, ventilator, monitor and suction at a glance

Why Workspace

A patient request comes in and you are not the one who should read it.
Clinicians only requests show you who it is from and where it stands. Assign it to a clinician in one step.
Ten requests arrive before nine o’clock.
Tick several and assign them together, or mark them seen together.
Nobody is sure who is on call tonight.
The roster shows who is on duty right now and who is on call, for the whole team.
Finding a free bed means walking the ward or making calls, which wastes so much time.
Bed Management shows every bed as available, occupied, being cleaned or under maintenance.

Sign up as Support & Administration

On Kindredd Connect, choose Support & Administration and pick your role: Administrator, Receptionist, Coordinator, Secretary / Clerk or Clinical Support Worker. No council registration needed.

Join your team

Accept your team admin’s invite, or ask to join. Beds, wards, referrals and the roster open once a team admin approves you.

Open Workspace

Ask for your Verified by Kindredd badge in your profile. Once Kindredd approves it, sign in to Workspace in your browser and install it as an app if you like.

Privacy

Patient details stay with clinicians.

Support & Administration is built for the running of the team. Clinical information is kept to the clinicians who care for the patient.

How we protect your data

No patient records

Only a verified care provider can see clinical details. Support & Administration staff cannot open a patient’s record.

Private requests stay private

On a clinicians only request you see who it is from and where it stands. Its type, note, items and conversation stay hidden.

Beds without names

An occupied bed reads Occupied. Patient details are visible to their care team only.

Kindredd AI is not part of your role

Kindredd AI, Listen, Dictate and Scan are for clinicians, on any plan. Typing works as it always has.
